主要目的是或许能减少一下去医院的可能性或是减轻一下轻症的症状。

不是说所有所列的都要用才行。经过研究以后如果认同,可以挑自己有的或是可以买到的。我也有很多都没有。

也不是说列出了所有该列的。基本上是我听说过的并且现在店里或者网上可以买到的。

如果要用,用之前自己研究一下其作用和副作用(尤其是对肝肾的毒性)并做权衡。也有时候作用或副作用会因人而异。

是药三分毒!很多东西能不长期服用就不要长期服用。


Summary

增加抵抗力: 睡觉、喝水、加强营养、晒一下中午的太阳、适度(不要剧烈)运动等等。

增强免疫系统: Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Garlic, Ginger, Protein, Lactoferrin (乳铁蛋白), Selenium (硒), Magnesium (镁), Vitamin B complex, NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (烟酰胺单核苷酸)), non-extract Echinacea (紫锥菊非提取物), Astragalus (黃芪), Reishi (灵芝), Cordyceps (栽培虫草菌丝体提取物), Elderberry (接骨木果) 等等。

尽量防止病毒入体: 保持距离、不接触、口罩、消毒、洗手等等。

减少一些口鼻喉病毒: 盐水洗鼻漱口, Oregano oil (牛至油), Zinc lozenges (锌含化糖锭)

挡住一些病毒受体: Hesperidin (橙皮甙), Chinese Skullcap (中国黄芩), Andrographis (穿心莲), Quercetin (槲皮素), Luteolin (木犀草素), Olive Leaf extract (橄榄叶提取物), Curcumin (姜黄素), 各种茶, Rosemary extract (迷迭香提取物), Milk Thistle (奶蓟草), Ginger

减少一些病毒复制: Zinc (锌) + [Quercetin (槲皮素), EGCG (茶多酚主要成分)], Ivermectin (伊维菌素)

抑制一下缓激肽 (bradykinin): Bromelain (菠萝蛋白酶), polyphenols (多酚类)

抑制一些缓激肽受体: Melatonin (褪黑激素)

支持一下 ACE2: Vitamin D, Curcumin (姜黄素), Resveratrol (白藜芦醇), Alpha-lipoic acid (硫辛酸), Rosemary extract (迷迭香提取物), Panax notoginseng (三七)

抑制一些 NLRP3: Melatonin (褪黑激素), Resveratrol (白藜芦醇), Luteolin (木犀草素), Curcumin (姜黄素), Andrographis (穿心莲)

稀释一下血液:Water, Ginger, Garlic, Vitamin E, Fish oil (Omega 3), Curcumin (姜黄素), Bromelain (菠萝蛋白酶)

减少一下细胞因子风暴 (cytokine storm) 的可能性: Andrographis (穿心莲), Chinese Skullcap (中国黄芩), Melatonin (褪黑激素), Fish oil (Omega 3), Garlic, Ginger, Milk Thistle (奶蓟草), Oregano oil (牛至油), Echinacea extract (紫锥菊提取物), Olive Leaf extract (橄榄叶提取物), NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (烟酰胺单核苷酸)), 以及多种有抗炎作用 (anti-inflammatory) 的抗氧化剂 (anti-oxidant): Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Quercetin (槲皮素), EGCG (茶多酚主要成分), Curcumin (姜黄素), Resveratrol (白藜芦醇), Pycnogenol (碧萝芷), Astaxanthin (虾青素), Alpha-lipoic acid (硫辛酸), CoQ10 (辅酶Q10), Lutein (叶黄素), Zeaxanthin (玉米黄素), Luteolin (木犀草素), Rutin (芦丁), Lycopene (番茄红素), Bilberry (欧洲越橘) 等等。此阶段不宜用 non-extract Echinacea (紫锥菊非提取物), Astragalus (黃芪), Reishi (灵芝), Cordyceps (栽培虫草菌丝体提取物), Elderberry (接骨木果), Grape Seed extract (葡萄籽提取物)。

不要服用有 Dextromethorphan (右美沙芬) 成分的镇咳药。
