Processing time depends on which center takes your case. We are zoned for Nebraska and currently the I-130 processing time averages 2 to 7 months , I think the differences in ranges depends on spouse or parents and etc. Spouse takes priority over parents. I filed for my parents ( they are in China right now) late February this year, according to case status, their cases are already under review.

可以review 几个月 然后发到大使馆通知下一步体检和签证也要时间。问题中国现在签证都不好约，不知道什么时候开放。海外一年多还是要的

在美国申请会快不少，我父母在国内申请的，2018年7月递交材料，现在才通知下月面试。当然疫情推迟了差不多一年。
