房子上半年买的，原房主的价格是220万，被现房主270万bid 下来了。。现房主做了很多upgrade, 里面都是新的。。。。打算住一辈子，据agent 说。。

那个位置就在高中附近，估计正是人到中年，孩子要读高中。。。

结果被雇主搬到了得克萨斯。agent 说房主没有钱在得克萨斯买房，必须得卖出去才能有钱。。。我算了下，他那套房如果贷款，每个月两万，地税每个月三千，还有其他如保险，utilities。。。每个月税后两万五。。。加州。就算以前利率低，省一万，也是一万五。

万一不能很快卖出去，感觉要亏出去一百万啊。。。

那家房子4000多平方英尺，但是房间很多，小格子，肯定是穷人家上有老下有小。不是豪宅，地皮6000尺。。。

房子是消耗品，不要老想着增值。
