我在bank rate查不到3年期限的CD利率，都是一年内的利率，求大家推荐

如果选定一个银行，在这三年中间利率是锁定不变的是吗？银行会callable吗？

银行发行的bank CD没有callable之说，银行不能提前取消的。只有通过brokerage firm出售的brokered CD才分callable和not callable两种，我刚去fidelity看了下，3年callable最高5.2%, not callable最高4.6%。

好像只要有fdic保护就行，几乎都有。我不买银行CD，觉得开户关户挺麻烦的，不过3年一次的话麻烦点好像也值得。
