驼背含胸的话做做 chest exercise，好多 gym 给新会员有个免费的 group orientation class，有的是一小时，有的是 3 - 5 天，每天 45 分钟，好好利用一下。私教可以在 gym 里练了一段时间，觉得有瓶颈期或无聊了，再挑一个

还有160一年的，就不能参加group class，只能用器械

我biweekly $37 啥都没有只用器械，24小时任何location可以access。

也有驼背问题，想听大家建议！
